【摘要】 目的 :探讨超早期脑梗死尿激酶静脉溶栓的疗效及早期康复护理要点。方法 :对 4 0例均有不同程度肢体瘫痪或言语障碍的脑梗死患者进行静脉溶栓以及实施系统化护理。结果 :静脉溶栓后 ,患者肌力有了明显提高 ,言语障碍在溶栓后也明显改善 ,静脉溶栓后血管再通 32例 ,无效 3例。合并皮下出血 3例 ,消化道出血2例 ,无死亡病例。结论 :脑梗死超早期溶栓治疗 ,效果理想 ,成功率高 ,并发症少 ,并配合早期康复训练 ,能有效地改善脑梗死所致的功能障碍 ,缩短住院时间更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of intravenous thrombolytic therapy using Urokinase(UK) and rehabilitation nurse emphases in the early phase of acute cerebral infarction.Method 40 cerebral infarction patients with different lever of limb palsy or speech disorder were treated with intravenous thrombolytic therapy and received system rehabilitation nurse at early stage.Results After intravenous thrombolytic therapy, limb weakness and speech disorder were improved greatly.Cerebral blood vessel of 32 patients resumed perfusion ,3 patients had no effect, and 3 patients caused endermic bleeding,2 patients caused digestion tract bleeding,no patient died.Conclusion Intravenous thrombolytic therapy might be applied in the early phase of acute cerebral infarction with good effect, high safety, less complication. Adding early healing nurse, this treatment could effectively improve the dysfunction caused by cerebral infarction and shorten the care time in hospital.更多还原
