【Abstract】 Competitive PCR is a practical method for quantification of mRNA. The objective of the present study is to con- struct an internal standard which can be used as a competitor for OB-Rb. A 470 bp ectogenesis fragment was inseted into a 287 bp OB-Rb by restriction enzyme BglⅡ. The recombinant plasmid can be applied for quantification of OB-Rb mRNA.更多还原
