基于光纤传感器的行驶车辆动态载荷监测技术
Dynamic Pressure Measurement Based on Optic-Fiber Sensor
【摘要】 研究了一种基于光纤传感器的行驶车辆动态载荷监测系统,光纤传感器采用迈克耳逊干涉原理,研究中专门设计了系统软硬件以自动识别车辆到达时刻、消除噪声并提取传感器信号。采用MTS加载实验系统对监测系统在承受不同的动态载荷和加载速率情况下的测量输出进行了实验研究。文中还提出了一种传感器标定方法用来标定监测系统。通过标定,可以直接得到行驶车辆对路面所施加的动态载荷,并可反推车辆在静止时对路面施加的静态载荷。
【Abstract】 An optic-fiber based monitoring system is described here to measure weight-in-motion of vehicles on road. In the research reported herein, a Michelson interferometer with specially designed hardware and software were developed and experimented subjected to dynamic compressive loads of different magnitudes, and loading rates. Experiments showed that both output fringe number and fringe period could be used to indicate the dynamic load. A calibration technology is put forward to calibrate the sensor. Both the dynamic weight and static weight of the vehicle passed can be obtained.
