测量不确定度评定中忽略相关项所带来的风险评估
Risk of the Estimating Measurement Uncertainty in Artificial Ignored Correlative Case
【摘要】 在不确定度评定中,相关性问题经常被人为确定,或被故意忽略。这种现象经常发生,尤其是在低端实验室更是如此。这种评定结果将给用户和实验室在测量不确定度的评定中带来一定的风险。文章给出评估这种风险的计算公式,并建议在测量不确定度评定的报告中应给出由于忽略相关性问题而带来的风险的估计值。
【Abstract】 To estimate measurement uncertainty, the correlation problems are always not analyzed precisely, or ignored subjectively completely. It is often the case in practive, especially in the lower end of metrological chain. In this case, the customers and the laboratories have to afford the risk that is certainly caused by artificial judgment of the correlation coefficients for calculating measurement uncertainty. The formula for measuring this risk is presented, and the suggestion for the risk parameter in the report of the measurement result is given.
