系统结构对转动惯量测量不确定度的影响

【摘要】 对于采用齿槽配合联接的扭杆扭矩转动惯量测量系统,首先根据动力学方程建立了系统的运动模型,然后详细地分析了齿槽配合间隙对测量不确定度的影响,即由于过渡时间的存在,使得测量数据增大,严重降低了测量准确度。在此基础上提出了一种过渡时间的近似计算方法,从而消除过渡时间的影响。数学仿真结果表明这种方法可以明显提高测量准确度。

【Abstract】 The inverted torsion pendulum moment of inertia (MOI) measurement system is discussed which conjuncts gears with slot. Firstly, the system movement model is set up based on the dynamic equations. The effect of the matching margin between gear and slot on MOI measurement accuracy is discussed in detail. Consequently, a set of formulas are deduced to compute the differences of the neighbor periods. Because of the transient time,the measuring periods are enlarged and the precision of the measuring system decreased badly. And then an approximately computing transient time approach is proposed to eliminate or diminish the effect. The simulations show that the approach can increase the precision of the system obviously.
