烟草抗虫基因工程研究进展
Progress of Research on Tobacco Insect-Resistant Genetic Engineering
【摘要】 抗虫基因工程为烟草害虫防治提供了一条新的有效途径。文中对Bt毒蛋白基因、蛋白酶抑制剂基因、淀粉酶抑制剂基因、外源凝集素基因以及昆虫毒素基因的抗虫机理、抗虫特点及其在烟草抗虫基因工程方面取得的进展进行了综述,并展望了抗虫基因工程在烟草生产上的应用前景。
【Abstract】 <Abstrcat> The insect-resistant genetic engineering provides a new and effective way of controlling tobacco pests. This paper summarizes the mechanism,characteristics and advance on tobacco insect-resistant genetic engineering of a few kinds of insect-resistant genes including Bt toxin genes,proteinase inhibitor genes,α-Amylase inhibitor genes,lectin genes,and insect toxin genes. In addition,the application prospect of insect-resistant genetic engineering on tobacco production is estimated optimistically.
