不同地理株及其杂交株柔嫩艾美耳球虫免疫保护性研究

【摘要】 将不同地理株及其杂交株的柔嫩艾美耳球虫的孢子化卵囊饲喂肉鸡,选择12日龄的AA肉鸡进行免疫,首免的剂量为1×104。免疫10d后攻虫,剂量为1×103。攻虫后以排卵数、增重、粪便记分、盲肠病变记分等指标测定其免疫功能,并计算各株的保护率。结果表明:杂交株的柔嫩艾美耳球虫的免疫保护率明显高于亲本株。

【Abstract】 Infected oocysts of different area strains and their hybridization strains were fed to chicken to detect immunoprotective of Eimeria tenella. AA boiling chicken at 12 days were selected in this test. The first immunity dose was 1×10~4 oocysts, after 10 days, 1×10~3 oocysts was given to chicken . By using output eggs, weight gain, feces record and caecum lesion record, immunological function was detected and the rate of immunity was calculated. The result showed that the immunoprotective of hybridization strains are much larger than that of the parent strains.
