MJ256型圆锯机的噪声测量与分析

【摘要】 本文采用先进的计算机噪声测量分析系统,对MJ256型圆锯机的噪声进行了测试和分析,找出了主振源,并重新设计制造了一个排屑器门,使锯机最大声强值降低两个多分贝。

【Abstract】 Advanced computer system for analyzing and measuring noise of MJ256 circular saw was adopted in the experiment. The principal oscillation was found out and designed a new door of eject bits organ for it. Improved result showed the noise that biggest in the others was decreased over 2db.
