基于单神经元的液压挖掘机自适应PID节能控制
Adaptive PID Control for Energy-saving of Hydraulic Excavator Based on Single Neuron
【摘要】 在分析单神经元PID特性的基础上,设计了基于单神经元的液压挖掘机自适应PID节能控制器。该控制器通过神经元的自学习,对传统PID控制器的比例、积分、微分系数进行在线调整,实现了挖掘机功率匹配自适应控制。仿真结果显示单神经元PID自适应控制器具有较强的鲁棒性。
【Abstract】 An adaptive PID controller for energy-saving of a hydraulic excavator based on the single neuron concept was designed on the basis of the fact that the single neuron features the PID characteristics. The on-line adjustments of the coefficients of proportion, integral and differential of the classical PID controller were realized by means of the self-study of the neurons, allowing the adaptive control for the power-matching of the hydraulic excavator. The simulation results showed that the single neuron PID adaptive controller is characterized by the strong robustness.
