(Ti,Fe)-Al-C体系钢铁基复合材料的热力学计算与分析
Thermodynamic Calculation and Analysis of Steel Matrix Composite of (Ti,Fe)-Al-C System
【摘要】 利用溶液热力学理论,研究了(Ti,Fe)AlC体系钢铁基复合材料可能的反应产物的吉布斯自由能变化。热力学实验模型是在FeC熔液中加入钛铁合金(Ti,Fe)和纯铝块,继续加热到1600℃,熔液经过充分混合、反应后随炉冷却到常温。计算结果表明,TiC先于Fe2Ti、Fe3C等相生成,但始终没有Al4C3和TiAl3相产生;体系中TiC的热力学稳定性最高;在凝固过程中,TiC相优先析出,随后可能有Fe2Ti、Fe3C等相析出;铝含量的增加能够促进TiC、Fe2Ti、Fe3C等相的生成。
【Abstract】 The variation of Gibbs free energy in steel matrix composite of (Ti,Fe)-Al-C system was studied on the basis of solution thermodynamics theory. The thermodynamics model is established on the fact that pieces of Ti-Fe alloy and pure Al are added into the Fe-C melt and heated up to 1600 ℃, then frozen to room temperature in the furnace after complete mixing and reaction. Calculated results show that the TiC is formed prior to the Fe2Ti and Fe3C,but Al4C3 and TiAl3 can not be formated all the time. TiC is characterized by highest thermodynamics stability in this system. In the course of solidification, TiC is prior to be precipitated and it is possible to be followed by Fe2Ti and Fe3C. With the increase of C concentration,the possibilities of TiC、Fe2Ti and Fe3C formation are increased.
