缸内双直喷系统压燃式试验机的开发
Development of compression ignition test engine with dual direct injection systems
【摘要】 为了研究多种燃料在压燃式发动机上的应用,在T1115单缸卧式直喷柴油机基础上增加一套独立的直接喷射系统,开发成双直喷系统压燃式试验机。详细论述了喷油泵的安装和驱动、喷油器的布置、气缸盖和摇臂座的改造以及气缸压力传感器、曲轴转角信号光栅盘轴的安装。该机可作为研究压燃式发动机同时燃烧两种燃料或柴油掺入助燃剂对发动机动力性、经济性、排放性影响的试验平台。试验运行表明:所开发的试验机工作可靠,并获得了一些有价值的试验成果。
【Abstract】 In order to study more kinds of the fuels using in the direct injection compression ignition (CI) engine, a second injection system was added on the basis of a T1115 type single cylinder horizontal CI engine, and a compression ignition test engine with dual direct injection systems was developed. The second injection pump drive and installation, the secord injector arrangement, the cylinder head and rocker arm support modifications are described in detail, as well as the installation of crankshaft rotation angle grating disc which is necessity for combustion research in cylinder pressure sensor. The developed test engine can be used as a technical platform for study of compound combustion CI engine with two kinds of fuels or with a fuel and an additive chemical. Test results show that CI test engine with dual direct injection systems are reliable and the achievements in scientific research have been obtained by making use of it.
