NDC与EG酯交换反应工艺优化
Optimization on the transesterification process of NDC with EG
【摘要】 聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯是一种热塑性聚酯材料,文中研究 2,6 萘二甲酸二甲酯与乙二醇酯交换反应,筛选出适宜的反应催化剂、N2 流量,采用正交实验,确定了 NDC与 EG酯交换反应较优的工艺条件:反应温度为210 ℃,EG/NDC摩尔比为2.8,催化剂用量为8×10-4 mol /(mol NDC)左右,反应时间为240 min。
【Abstract】 Polyethylene naphthalate (PEN) is a thermoplastic polyester material. Transesterification reaction of dimethyl-2, 6-naphthalene dicarboxylate (NDC) with ethylene glycol (EG) has been (studied) and reported in this paper. Reaction catalyst and N2 flow rate were chosen .By orthogonal (experimentation),the optimum transesterification reaction conditions of NDC with EG were obtained as follows: reaction temperature 210 ℃;mole ratio of EG/NDC 2.8;catalyst concentration 8×10-4 (mol / (mol) NDC) and reaction time 240 min.
