【摘要】 研究了天然大蒜提取液对人结肠癌细胞SW 480和SW 620的扩散、粘附和增殖的影响.结果表明:将SW 480和SW 620加入1μL/孔大蒜提取液的DMEM中,癌细胞扩散率降低了40%;培养96 h,增殖率分别降低8.6倍和10.8倍.表明大蒜提取液能抑制人结肠癌细胞SW 480和SW 620的增殖和扩散.更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of aqueous extract from garlic on spreading,adhesion and proliferation of human colorectal cancer cells SW480 and SW620 were tested.The results show the spreading ratios of both SW480 and SW620 cells are reduced 40%,proliferation ratios of SW480 and SW620 which were cultured for 96 h in DMEM containing 1 μL/well aqueous extract from garlic are reduced 8.6 and 10.8 times than that of control.The experiment indicateted that aqueous extract from garlic restrained proliferation and spreading of human colorectal cancer cells SW480 and SW620.更多还原
