处理电压对钛合金微弧氧化膜相结构的影响

【摘要】 在Na2CO3Na2SiO3溶液中,采用正负不对称的专用交流高压电源制备了钛合金微弧氧化膜.利用X射线衍射研究了处理参数(阴、阳极峰值电压,处理时间等)对微弧氧化膜相结构的影响.实验结果表明,氧化膜主要由金红石和锐钛矿的TiO2及少量不饱和氧化的Ti6O11(TiO1.83)相组成,它们在氧化膜中各自所占的比例受处理时间和阴、阳极峰值电压的影响较大.当阴、阳极峰值电压分别控制在45V和320V,处理时间为30min时,氧化膜中金红石TiO2的含量最高,达到80%.

【Abstract】 Microarc oxidation (MAO) coatings on titanium alloy were prepared in an aqueous solution of Na2CO3 and Na2SiO3 at a high voltage with special asymmetrical AC output, and the effects of treatment parameters such as cathodic and anodic peek voltages as well as treatment time etc. on the phase component of the coatings were studied by means of XRD. The experimental results show that the films consist of dominant rutile as well as a little anatase phase and Ti6O 11 (TiO 1.83) phase, and their contents are closely relative to treatment time and the peak values of anodic and cathodic voltages. When the anodic and cathodic voltages were kept at 320 V and 45 V for 30 min, respectively, the rutile content of the film is the highest and its content exceeds 80%.
