曝气微电解预处理化工酸性废水的试验研究
Study on pretreatment of chemical acidic wastewater with micro-electrolysis and aeration
【摘要】 采用曝气铁碳微电解工艺预处理高浓度有机酸性废水,研究了铁与碳质量比、反应时间对CODcr去除率等因素的影响。结果表明:在m(Fe)∶m(C)=4∶1、反应5 h的条件下,进水CODcr为1 675 mg/L和pH值1.77时,对CODcr的去除率为51.5%,废水的BOD5/CODcr值可由0.22提高到0.35,为酸性废水中和系统改造提供了科学依据。
【Abstract】 The aeration and Fe/C micro-electrolysis process were adopted in treating chemical acidic wastewater of high concentration.The effects of Fe/C ratio and reaction time on the removal efficiency of CODcr etc.were studied.The results showed that when the ratio of Fe/C was 4 and reaction time was 5.0 hours,and when influent CODcr was 1?675?mg/L and pH was 1.77,the greatest removal efficiency of(CODcr) reached 51.5%,and the BOD5/CODcr of chemical acidic wastewater was improved from 0.22 to(0.35).So a scientific basis of reference was provided for reforming neutralization system.
