间二硝基苯偶酰的合成及构象异构研究
Synthesis of m-dinitrobenzil and research on the conformational isomerism
【摘要】 以苯甲醛为原料,经过自身缩合、氧化、硝化合成了间二硝基苯偶酰。首次发现了间二硝基苯偶酰在不同反应温度、不同溶剂条件下产生构象异构现象。在利用HPLC/MS、IR1、H NMR对产物结构进行表征分析的基础上,着重从分子结构的角度对实验结果进行了分析研究。
【Abstract】 m-Dinitrobenzil was synthesized in a higher yield from benzaldehyde through self-condention,oxidation and nitration.It is found that reaction temperature and solvent have great impact upon the conformational isomerism of dinitrobenzil.The product has been characterizated by HPLC/MS,IR,~1H NMR,and the result has been discussed in terms of its molecular structure.
