单模聚焦微波辐射催化合成邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯
Synthesis of diisooctyl(o-)phthalate by sodium bisulfate monohydratecatalyst under single-mode focused microwave irradiation
【摘要】 利用Discover微波精确有机合成系统,以一水合硫酸氢钠为催化剂合成邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯。考察了催化剂用量、微波辐射的功率和时间、反应物料配比对苯酐的转化率的影响。当n(异辛醇)∶n(邻苯二甲酸酐)=0.065∶0.025,催化剂0.3g,微波辐射功率120W,辐射时间8min时,转化率达98.6%。
【Abstract】 Diisooctyl(o-)phthalate was synthesized by the esterification of isooctyl alcohol with phthalic anhydride in the presence of sodium bisulfate monohydrate under single-mode focused microwave irradiation. The effects of the amount of catalyst used, the power and time of microwave irradiation and the ratio of isooctyl alcohol to phthalic anhydride on the conversion rate were also studied. When n(isooctyl alcohol) ∶n(phthalic anhydride)=0.065∶0.025, sodium bisulfate monohydrate 0.30 g,irradiation power 120 W, irradiation time 8 min,the conversion rate of phthalic anhydride is 98.6%.
