吸附法脱除催化裂化汽油中含硫化合物的研究
Study on adsorptive desulfurization of FCC gasoline
【摘要】 对催化裂化汽油进行吸附脱硫实验,考察了吸附温度、吸附压力、尾气量、吸附剂再生次数对催化裂化汽油硫质量分数、辛烷值及吸附剂单程寿命的影响。实验结果表明,吸附脱硫适宜的工艺条件为吸附温度360℃,吸附压力0.3MPa,尾气量300mL/min,体积空速1h-1。通过对吸附脱硫实验过程中的尾气分析,对催化裂化汽油吸附脱硫的机理进行了探讨。
【Abstract】 By experiment of adsorptive desulfurization on FCC gasoline, the effects of adsorption temperature,adsorption pressure, tail gas amount and regeneration times of adsorbent on sulfur content of FCC gasoline, octane number and once-through life of adsorbent are discussed. The experimental results show that the preferable process conditions are adsorption temperature 360℃, adsorption pressure 0.3MPa, tail gas 300mL/min, volume space velocity 1h-1. By analyzing tail gas of adsorptive desulfurization experiment, the mechanism of adsorptive desulfurization of FCC gasoline is explained.
