【摘要】 目的:探讨食管癌、贲门癌术后早期肠内营养支持的临床应用。方法:回顾分析自2004年1月至2004年12月33例食管癌及贲门癌患者术后肠内营养支持的方法。结果:本组33例行食管癌(贲门癌)根治手术患者,术后早期应用肠内营养,患者营养状况较应用前明显示改善,肝肾功能及血糖无明显示变化。结论:肠内营养支持可促进肠功能的恢复,改善病人营养状况,增进免疫功能,减少术后并发症,减少病人的经济负担。更多还原

【Abstract】 To discuss the clinic application value of early enteral nutrition in post operative with esophageal or cardiac cancer.Method:we reviewed the method of early enteral nutrition on 33 case of esophageal or cardiac cancer patients after a radical cure operation,who were treated from Jun.2004 to Dec.2004.Results:After forepart cure operation,all 33 patients’ nutrition situation in this group is significantly improved than before,while the results of their live and kidney fuction and blood glucose were not much changed.Conclusion:Early EN in post-ofper ative can accelerate the comeback of the gastrointestion function,can improve the patients’ nutrition situation and immune function,decrease intercurrent syndrome,and can lighten the econmic burden of the partient.更多还原
