【Abstract】 The agent system of foreign trade is an important international marketing method which is applied widespread to the international commercial domain, and it has played an important role in promoting the international trading contact, prospecting various countries’ economy. The agent system of foreign trade has already implemented for more than 100 years in foreign county, in the western developed country this system has been widely implied. Our country starts from the 1980s to practice this system, the agent system of foreign trade of china is imperfect, and it has many problems.
