【摘要】 本文针对当前企业知识管理项目实施与知识管理系统模型中存在的问题,分析了知识管理中知识辨识环节对企业有效实施知识管理的重要意义,继而对知识辨识进行了内涵分析,给出了相应的知识辨识实现方法与流程,提出了若干知识辨识的实施原则,设计了知识可得度模型以增进企业对其欲获取知识的了解并有效指导其知识获取过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,according to the problems of current enterprises’knowledge management(KM)projects and knowl- edge management system(KMS)models,the significance of knowledge identifying for KM is construed.Then,the connotation of knowledge identifying is analyzed,the implementing method and flow is put forward,and some actualizing principles are also conceived and summarized.Finally,to be beneficial to understanding knowledge’s acquirability,the knowledge acquirability model is designed and discussed.It can direct the process of knowledge acquisition.更多还原
