【Abstract】 The problem of shareholding splitting in Chinese stock market restricts the healthy development of Chinese stock market. To settle this problem, the core is its liquidity mode while the key is the pricing system. This paper aims at the impact of it on Chinese stock market, and proposes a solution, which includes the items of awarding stocks from the non - trad-able stocks holders to the tradable stocks holders for compensation and of setting market pricing as the pricing scheme.更多还原
