【Abstract】 As different institutional arrangement, the U. K & the U. S, Germany & Japan and family governance mode have some efficiency except for transitional economy mode. With the development of economy, changing of times and emerging of internationalization, each mode will inevitably face challenges and need continually adjust and reform. They are gradually permeating and fusing in learning from each other.
