【Abstract】 The teachers in the universities, as the important segment of tourist market, were neglected by the literature. This thesis is written after the research on the teachers of 12 universities in Changsha city, and points out the characteristics of the teachers travel market. It concludes the features of teachers’travel behavior and their attitude. Some related suggestions are proposed and they can conduct the travel companies in their practice of improving the service quality and developing the teachers’market.
