大城市周边卫星城土地集约利用评价方法研究——以黑龙江省阿城市为例

【摘要】 以黑龙江省阿城市土地利用的自身特点和现状数据为依据,建立相应的评价指标体系,采用模糊层次分析综合评价法,选择评价模型并确定指标的权重,根据评价标准计算出阿城市土地集约利用程度,并结合阿城市实际情况提出其土地集约利用的途径与措施。

【Abstract】 Based on land-use characteristic and current data in Acheng of Heilongjiang Province,we establish the system of the assessmental indictors of and adopt the fuzzy-layer analyse evaluation,choose a model of assessment and confirm weight of indictor,calculate intensification degree of Acheng according to the evaluation criterion,and put forward land-use intensification way and measure combining Acheng present land-use conditions.
