城市地价水平影响因素的相关分析——以江苏省为例
REGRESSION ANALYSIS OF URBAN LAND VALUE INFLUENCING FACTORS: FOR JIANGSU PROVINCE
【摘要】 以城市地价产生地区差异的理论分析为依据,在分析了城市地价的主要影响因素基础上,以江苏省为例选择了11个地价影响因子,对39个样本城市地价进行相关分析,运用逐步回归分析方法建立了江苏省城市地价评估模型。
【Abstract】 This paper based on spatial theories of urban land value, put forwards the main factors influencing urban land value regional difference, and chooses 11 elements and 39 cities to analyze the relationship with the example of Jiangsu province. Then the urban land model has established by using stepwise regression methods.
