【Abstract】 At present, Teacher’s serious loss is an important factor of restricting non-governmental university’s development,and lack of social security mechanism is the reason. This paper tries to analysis the impact on teacher’s loss of non-governmentaluniversity’s social security mechanism in terms of social security, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures of settingup and amplifying non-governmental university’s teacher’s security mechanism at present.更多还原
