【摘要】 反垄断作为一个国家竞争政策的主要体现,长期以来都是由各个国家依据其各自的法律进行规制。随着经济全球化,各国国内经济与国际经济不断渗透,反垄断也逐渐地由一国采取单边行动走向国际合作。本文从双边合作、多边合作等层面分析各国在反垄断这一领域所作出的各种努力,并指出了反垄断国际合作的发展前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the main embodiment of a nation’s competitive policy, antitrust action has always been regulated by every country according to it’s laws for a long period of time. Accompanied with economic globalization, each country’s domestic economy is penetrating international economy constantly, antitrust action is also developed from an individual nation’s unilateral action to international cooperation. This article analyses every kind of effort each country has made in the field of antitrust action from the arrangement of bilateral cooperation, multilateral cooperation and so on, and points out the developing prospect of international cooperation of antitrust action.更多还原
