等离子体电解及其在表面技术中的应用
Plasma electrolysis and its application in surface engineerin
【摘要】 等离子体电解过程可以产生多种物理化学效应,利用其效应发展了各种新兴的现代表面技术.本文论述了等离子体电解的产生途径及其过程的物理化学效应、以及在表面技术方面的应用和研究现状;并展望了它在表面技术方面的应用前景.
【Abstract】 In plasma electrolytic process,there are various physical and chemical effects that were used to develop various new modern surface engineering.Much attention has been focused on the micro-plasma-enhanced electrochemistry.The present status is also reviewed.Meanwhile,the development of plasma electrolysis in surface engineering is prospected.
