【摘要】 采用高压液相色谱法测定了延胡索中延胡索乙素的含量.色谱柱为φ4.6×250mmHypersilBDSC18柱,UV检测器,检测波长为230nm,流动相为甲醇∶水=65∶35(pH=8.2),1.0mL/min,方法的精密度为RSD=2%,方法的回收率为98%~100%.方法的线性范围为0.29~3.48μg之间.该方法简便、可靠、适合于延胡索的质量控制.更多还原

【Abstract】 To determine the content of tetrahydropalmatine in Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang.HPLC method was selected to determine the content.The separation was performed on an analytical columm φ4.6×250mm Hypersil BDS C18.The UV detector was set at 230nm.The mobile phase was methanol-water(pH=8.2)=65∶35,1.0mL/min.The method is orecise with RSD=2%.The average recovery was 98.05%～100%.The liner range was 0.29～048μg.The method was proved to be simple and reliable,and can be used for the quality control of yanhusuo.更多还原
