【摘要】 目的 :观察经过改进的输卵管银夹的绝育效果。方法 :采用前瞻性多中心研究方法 ,比较经过改良的YZ -II输卵管银夹与原夹的绝育效果 ,并分析影响绝育效果的因素。结果 :手术对象 1334例 ,其中采用改良夹 5 0 5例 ,原夹82 9例 ,绝育 3年后寿命表复孕率分别为 0 2 0 %和 1 5 7% ,成功率分别为 99 80 %和 98 4 3% ,经检验有显著性差异(P <0 0 1)。结论 :改良后的银夹明显提高了银夹绝育术的成功率 ,尤其适用于输卵管充血增粗者 ,副反应轻 ,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the use-effectiveness of the modified tubal silver clip. Methods: A prospective multicenter compared study was introduced to observe the sterilization effect of modified YZ-II tubal silver clip which was wider, longer and thicker than the original one and factors affecting the sterilization effect were also analyzed. Results: A total of 1334 subjects were recruited. Of them, 505 cases were for modified clip and 829 for original one. The life table failure rate was 0.20 percent for modified clip group while 1.57 percent for original one after 3 years of use. A statistically significant difference was detected between two groups in failure rates. Conclusion: The failure rate for the modified clip group was much lower than that for the original one especially using for women with thick tube.更多还原
