【摘要】 目的 :观察柿叶制剂治疗子宫异常出血的药理学作用。方法 :测定柿叶制剂对小鼠出、凝血时间的影响和抗炎作用 ,对正常和妊娠大鼠离体子宫及兔在体子宫的影响。结果 :柿叶可缩短出、凝血时间 ;使正常和妊娠大鼠离体子宫收缩频率幅度增加 ;使家兔在体子宫活动力加强 ,振幅加大 ,基线升高 ;具有明显的抗炎作用。结论 :柿叶有明显的止血、抗炎和促进子宫收缩的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of the Leaves of Disospyros kaki on treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding. Methods: Pharmacodynamic studies of animal were adopted. Results:(1)the leaves of Disospyros kaki reduced the bleeding time and coagulation time of rats.(2)it increased the contraction of uterine muscle of normal and pregnant mice in vitro, promoted the contraction of Uterine muscle of rabbit in vivo.(3)it had obvious inhibitory effect on ear swelling raised by dimethylbenzene and vola pedis swelling raised by agar. It diminished uterine inflammation by plastic tube.(4)it had no effect on the uterine and ovary development. Conclusion: the Leaves of Disospyros kaki could be used for hemostasis, diminish inflammation and increase the contraction of uterus.更多还原
