炭纤维增强壳聚糖内固定棒的家兔热原试验
Rabbit Pyrogen Test of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Chitosan Robs for Bone Fracture Internal Fixation
【摘要】 目的:检验自制炭纤维增强壳聚糖骨折内固定棒材是否符合生物材料的热原要求。方法:采用家兔热原试验方法,对炭纤维增强壳聚糖复合棒材的24、48、72 h三种浸提液样品进行检测。结果:受试家兔体温升高均低于0.6℃;各组家兔体温升高总数在1.4℃以下。结论:炭纤维增强壳聚糖复合棒材不对生物体产生热原反应,符合医用生物材料的使用标准。
【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the biological safety of carbon fiber reinforced chitosan robs made by ourselves for bone fracture internal fixation.Methods:Pyrogen test was performed in rabbits with extracted liquid of carbon fiber reinforced chitosan robs.Results:It was demonstrated that three extracted liquid samples were qualified.Conclusion:The carbon fiber reinforced chitosan robs for bone fracture internal fixation are of good biological safety.
