海南新村海湾生态系统服务恢复的条件价值评估

【摘要】 针对当前海南岛泻湖陵水新村湾生态系统恶化的现状,采用当前最流行的衡量环境物品经济价值的重要方法———条件价值评估法,以支付卡的方法设计了100份调查问卷,调查了该区居民对恢复新村湾生态系统服务的支付意愿。结果表明,绝大多数居民对恢复新村湾生态系统服务存在支付意愿,其最大支付意愿为56.87元,恢复该区域生态系统服务的经济效益每年至少在3.25×106元以上。

【Abstract】 In the light of a deteriorating ecosystem, contingent valuation method(CVM), one of the most important methods that can be used to assess the economic value of environmental goods, was taken as a tool to analyze the economic benefits of restoring ecosystem service in Xincun Bay, the lagoon in Hainan Island. Results from 100 in-person interviews indicated that most of the households in Xincun Bay would like to pay for restoring its ecosystem services. Non-parameter analysis of the payment card data showed the maximum average willingness to pay (WTP) is 56.87 RMB Yuan each one per year. The annual aggregate benefits of restoring ecosystem services of Xincun Bay is at least 3.25×10~ 6 RMB Yuan.
