【摘要】 选择体重为(14.7±0.3)g的军曹鱼(Rachycentroncanadum)幼鱼,平均分成5组,分别饲喂含赖氨酸为2.30%、2.53%、2.76%、2.99%和3.22%的等氮等能精制饲料。以增重率为指标,一元二次回归分析表明,军曹鱼对饲料中赖氨酸的适宜需要量为6.06g·(100gCP)-1。通过鱼体的必需氨基酸模式推算出其它必需氨基酸需要量,分别是:精氨酸4.97g·(100gCP)-1;色氨酸0.83g·(100gCP)-1;亮氨酸5.49g·(100gCP)-1;异亮氨酸3.12g·(100gCP)-1;蛋氨酸+胱氨酸2.66g·(100gCP)-1;苯丙氨酸+酪氨酸5.22g·(100gCP)-1;丝氨酸2.96g·(100gCP)-1;苏氨酸3.26g·(100gCP)-1;纈氨酸3.26g·(100gCP)-1。更多还原

【Abstract】 Five isonitrogenous and isoenergetic purified diets with different levels of lysine(2.30%,2.53%,2.76%,2.99% and 3.22%) were fed to juvenile cobia (Rachycentron canadum)(body weight 14.7 g±0.3 g) to test lysine requirement of the species.
