【摘要】 分析了当前城市发展中所面临的水问题,揭示了城市水利的内涵。认为综合运用工程、法律、行政、经济、教育、技术等手段实现水资源的有效供给、保护水环境以及加强城市水灾害防治是城市水利的根本任务,同时指出改革管理体制、加强法规体系建设、实现水质水量统一管理、加强基础设施建设,以及建立节水型城市是未来城市水利的发展方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 In present paper, the problems resulted from the water in the cities are analyzed and the connotation of the urban conservancy is opened out. It is considered that realizing effective supply of the water resources, protecting the water environment and strengthening prevention and control of flood by means of engineering, law, politics, economics, education and technology are the basic task of the urban conservancy. At the same time, it is pointed out that innovating management system, advancing legal system, realizing united management of stream flow and water quality, strengthening the construction of basic installation and establishing water-caving cities are the study extension of the urban conservancy in the future.更多还原
