【Abstract】 The “structure”and”questionnaire” of police’ professional character feature are both composed of 5dimentions: sense of responsibility, independence and resolution, open-mindedness, sensibility and vigilance. The questionnaire has 111items in all, which belong to 16 second-classed factors and 5 big dimentions respectively. As selecting items from 509 pieces of effective materials and analyzing credibility and effectiveness of them, the paper puts emphasis on the generality and integrity of “structure of police’s professional character feature“and”questionnaire on police’s professional character feature”on contents and structure.更多还原
