【摘要】 目的探讨放疗联合高能超声聚焦[high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)]治疗颈部淋巴结转移癌的近期疗效及副反应。方法 46例颈部淋巴结转移癌随机分为热放组和单放组,两组均给予常规根治剂量放疗,D_T 50 Gy后开始热疗,同时观察副反应,治疗结束后3个月,观察淋巴结消退情况。结果热放组淋巴结CR率为78.26%(18/23),明显高于单放组47.82%(11/23),统计分析差异有显著性(p<0.05)。两组副反应发生率热放组较低,但组间分析无差异(p>0.05)。结论放疗联合HIFU治疗颈部淋巴结转移癌能提高局部控制率,且安全、无创。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the short-term efficacy and side-effect of the combination high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) with radiotherapy in the treatment of neck lymphatic metastases. Methods: Forty-six cases of patients were divided into thermoradiotherapy group and radiotherapy alone group random, conventional eradicated-dose radiotherapy was carried out in the groups, patients in the thermoradiotherapy group were heated with HIFU after DT50Gy, Observing side-effect in two poups at the same time and metastatic lymph nodes response after there months. Results: CR of metastatic lymph nodes in thermoradiotherapy group (78.26%) were higher than that in radiotherapy alone group (47.82%)(p<0.05). side-effect rate went down in thermoradiotherapy group. But no significant difference were found (p>0.05). Conclusion: Radiotherapy combination with HIFU could raise the CR rate of neck lymphatic metastases and was safe and no injure.更多还原
