【Abstract】 In this report,discussion on purification techniques of synthetic diamond was summarized.Traditional purification techniques,their merits and shortcomings were introduced,the characteristic of current chemical purification methods for ultrafine diamond were analyzed.Current physical purification methods of ultrafine diamond were briefly presented,and development of (artificial) diamond purification were introduced.Purification technique and application foreground of ultrafine diamond were forecasted.更多还原
