二极管泵浦Nd∶GdVO4晶体紫外激光器的研究
Laser-diode Pumped Nd∶GdVO4 Ultraviolet Laser
【摘要】 报道了用BBO晶体对激光二极管泵浦Nd∶GdVO4晶体声光调Q1064nm激光进行四倍频,在泵浦功率为12.5W时,获得平均功率196mW准连续波266nm紫外激光输出,1064nm~266nm光-光转换效率为10.1%,532nm~266nm转换效率为30.1%。
【Abstract】 In this paper,a diode-pumped Q-switched Nd∶GdVO4laser which produced ultraviolet output at266nm byusing BBO crystal single pass fourth harmonic generation is reported.When the incident pumping power was 12.5W,we obtained average output power of 196mW at266nm,the frequency conversion from1064nm to 266nm is 10.1%,and green-UV energy conversion efficiency is 30.1%.
