表面粗糙度的激光非接触检测方法
Non-contact Surface Roughness Measurement by Using Laser
【摘要】 表面粗糙度的测量一直面临着提高测量精度、抗干扰能力和测量速度的挑战,针对这一问题,本文重点介绍了几种比较完善的激光非接触测量方法的原理和优缺点,并分析了表面粗糙度测量技术的发展趋势。
【Abstract】 There are many challenges in surface roughness measurement, such as precision, speed and anti-jamming performance of measurement. Aiming to solve these problems, the principles and characteristics of several non-contact laser measurement methods of surface roughness are introduced, and its development trend is analysed.
