【Abstract】 The Tiantan Hotel was built in 1991. During that time, the design was based on the 78’Code system. By the development of national economy, some equipment does not satisfy the modern functional requirement. The designers strengthen and rehabilitate the old building, by the owner’s requirement, in order to balance the earthquake resistant capability and the improvement of the service function.
