【摘要】 目的探讨不同管理模式对住院精神病患者的消极、冲动、外逸等负性行为及疾病康复的影响,以便为患者采用最佳的管理模式。方法采用随机抽样的方法,将本院2003年1月起入住七病区的前104例患者为观察组,入住二、四(女)病区,三、五(男)病区的前106例为对照组,比较两组患者入院初与出院前1周的简明精神病评定量表(BPRS),总体评定量表(GAS)、社会内向量表(SI)得分;入院初消极、冲动、外逸意向数及住院期间消极、冲动、外逸发生数。结果入院初BPRS、GAS、SI得分与消极、冲动、外逸意向数,两组无差别(P>0.05),出院前1周BPRS、GAS、SI得分两组有显著性差别(P<0.01),观察组明显优于对照组,消极、冲动、外逸发生数观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对住院精神患者实施全开放管理明显优于半封闭管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand influences of different management models on negative behaviors such as suicide,violence,escape and rehabilitation of hospitalized psychiatric patients in order to adopt an optimal management model to raise the quality of service.Methods In a random study,the scores of BPRS,GAS,SI and incidence of suicide, violence, and attempts of escape of 104 hospitalized patients in full open psychiatric ward(study group) and 106 patients in semi-open psychiatric wards(control group) were recorded at the baseline and one week before discharge.Results At the baseline,the scores of BPRS,GAS,SI and incidents of suicide,violence,and attempts of escape were not different between the two groups(P>0.05),but one week before discharge,the scores of BPRS,GAS,SI and incidence of suicide,violence,and attempts of escape were significantly lower in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The full open management model is better than the semi-open management model.更多还原
