并行工程关键技术——DFA的研究与应用
Research and Application for the Key Technology-design for Assembly in Concurrent Engineering
【摘要】 该文分析了并行工程设计过程的特点、PDM的集成框架和关键使能技术DFA。研究了面向装配设计的体系结构,产品设计与装配过程之间的并行关系。提出了基于并行工程的产品装配的集成框架体系结构,并借助于一些商业软件(CATIA、DELMIA)来实现产品概念设计、几何建模、工艺设计、工艺规划和过程仿真。介绍了在并行工程理念下DFA技术在轿车驾驶舱装配开发中的应用。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the characteristic and the key technology of concurrent engineering; including design process, the intergrated framework of PDM and design for assembly, and research for the relationship between product design and assembly process and the frame of design for assembly. On the basis of the above theory, a kind of concept of system framework based on design for assembly is put forward and apply to some processes on the support of software systems-CATIA, DELMIA. Those processes includes concept design, geometry modeling, process plan and process simulation. Finally, we present the application of car drive panel assembly by use of DFA in concurrent engineering.
