基于PHILIPS P89C51RD2的脉冲TIG焊电源控制系统设计
The Design of Controlling System for Pulsed TIG Welding Power Source Based on PHILIPS P89C51RD2
【摘要】 该文介绍了一种基于P89C51RD2的IGBT逆变式脉冲TIG焊电源控制系统的硬件电路设计。它主要包括单片机最小系统、PWM控制模块、IGBT驱动模块、焊接状态识别电路模块。文章给出了控制系统的焊接主程序。实践表明,该设计能实现控制系统的简化。
【Abstract】 The author develops a MCU controlled IGBT inverter power source for pulsed TIG welding based on P89C51RD2. The design of hardware circuit includes MCU mini-system, the pulse width modulate circuit, drive circuit for IGBT, welding state identifying circuit. And the main welding software for controlling system is given. By this design, the simplification for controlling system is realized.
