基于CTI技术的水电站事故报警通知系统
Design and realizing of warning notice system of power station based on CTI technology
【摘要】 针对水电站运行特点,充分利用计算机电信集成技术(CTI)和文语转换技术(TTS),在计算机监控系统的基础上采用语音与短信相结合、公用电话交换网(PSTN)与移动通信网(GSM)相结合的方式设计水电站事故报警通知系统,使电站事故报警实时性更高、灵活性更强、报警手段更丰富。
【Abstract】 To the operation characteristic of power station,the paper employs integrated technology of telecommunications of the computer(CTI)and gentle language switch technology(TTS) to design warning notice system of hydropower station.System design adopts pronunciation and message combination and public switched telephone network(PSTN) and mobile communication network(GSM) combination.Warning notice system has real-time feature and more flexible warning modes.
