一种全线速动的配电线路保护方案

【摘要】 配电网结构日益复杂导致传统馈线速断电流保护的保护范围大大缩小,其危害性日益突出。为提高供电质量,馈线保护应当实现全线速动。提出了一种基于通信的配电线路保护的方案。首先给出了一种实用的通信网络结构组网方案,分析了通信的时延,最后重点描述了复杂故障下保护的故障定位决策。理论证明该方案在馈线故障后,故障隔离的延时可以控制在数十毫秒内,故障区段判断的准确性高,并且投资低,实用性强。

【Abstract】 The increasingly complicated power distribution network structure makes the protective range of traditional feeder instantaneous overcurrent protection become shorter. Feeder’s fault is more likely to be isolated with time delay. It often leads to serious consequence. To improve the power quality, a new feeder protective scheme was put forward, which can clear any fault in feeder without delaying. This paper proposed a new feeder protection scheme based on communication. The communication network configuration and the communication delay was put forward and analysed respectively. The fault location decision system was detailed. Theoretically, with this scheme, after a fault occurs, the isolated delaying time is limited in less than 100ms, the fault location accuracy is high. In addition, this scheme has lower cost and better practicability.
