含暂态能量裕度约束最优潮流问题的线性规划解法
Linear programming algorithm for optimal power flow problems incorporating transient energy margin constraint
【摘要】 提出了计及暂态稳定约束最优潮流问题的线性规划模型。利用暂态能量裕度的解析灵敏度分析方法表达暂态稳定裕度增量与控制变量增量之间的线性关系,以此显式描述暂态稳定性约束,并加入到常规线性化最优潮流的不等式约束中。并采用单纯形法求解。对WSCC3机9节点系统的优化计算结果表明,该模型能较好地保证系统的暂态稳定性,有效地解决系统运行的经济性和安全性的结合问题。
【Abstract】 This paper proposes a linear programming model of optimal power flow (OPF)problems incorporating transient stability constraints. The linear relation between the increments of transient stability margin and control variables is expressed by analytical sensitivity method of transient energy margin, and the transient stability constraint is explicitly described and can be incorporated into conventional linearized OPF model as inequation constraints.The simple algorithm is applied to solve this model.The results on WSCC three-machine nine-bus test system show that this model can maintain transient stability,and effectively handle the combination of operation economy and security.
