一种基于现场总线的新型电源备自投实现方法的研究
A new automatic switch-in method of reserve power supply based on field bus
【摘要】 传统上变电站一般采用一套单独的装置实现备自投功能,较多的交流量和开关量必须接入装置,同时还必须有足够的开出量控制相应的开关,二次回路接线十分复杂,电缆很多,其中很多量又和变压器测控单元重叠,大大浪费系统资源。该文立足于现场总线,利用两套主变测控装置,在取消备自投单元的基础上,实现了备自投功能,可使变电站综合自动化系统的造价减少了10%左右。
【Abstract】 Traditionally, a special device is generally applied in transformer substation to realize automatic switch-in function of reserve power supply. There are too many analog and digital quantities that the device must sample. Enough driving circuits must be used to control relevant switches. At the same time, the measurement and control unit for main transformer also need many of these quantities. With too many cables used, the secondary circuits become very complicated. Based on field bus, two measurement and control units for main transformer are employed to realize automatic switch-in function of reserve power supply after the special automatic switch-in device is cancelled, which makes the price of integrated automation system for transformer substation reduced by about ten percent.
