大型塑料注射机拉杆热处理工艺改进
Process Choice of Heat-treated Draw Bar of Large Plastic Injection Machine
【摘要】 塑料注射机拉杆的热处理一直沿用传统的调质工艺,但随着拉杆尺寸的大型化,经调质处理后的拉杆力学性能难以达到设计要求。该文分析了大型拉杆调质工艺存在的问题。在大量工艺试验的基础上,提出了用正火工艺取代调质工艺的改进措施。不仅使大型拉杆的性能达到了设计要求,而且新工艺方法缩短了操作时间、节省了能源。
【Abstract】 Traditional hardening and tempering process has being adopted to heat treat the draw bar of a plastic injector. However, with the increase of the draw bar size, the mechanical property of the heat-treated draw bar can’t meet its design requirement. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the hardening and tempering process of the large draw bar. On the basis of great number of process experiments, it presents out normalization in place of hardening and tempering process. Normalization not only enables the property of the draw bar to satisfy the design requirement but also shortens the operation time and saves energy.
